Nicky Skelton
HR Consultant
Nicky joined the Castle team in 2010, bringing ‘HR Solutions’ – an exciting new division into the Castle portfolio. Nicky is an extremely experienced operations HR, CIPD qualified, professional who has an extensive manufacturing and engineering background.
Her speciality is the delivery of all operational HR and Health and Safety requirements as needed by any reputable organisation.
Moira Cherry
Training Coordinator
Moira joins Castle with over 20 years of experience in Training and Development. Specialising in writing and delivering bespoke training courses for one-to-one or group training. Moira has supported global businesses align growth and people development plans as well as supported SMEs with additional training and upskilling across the Yorkshire region.
Sophie Potton
Senior HR Administrator
Sophie joined Castle in August 2019 as a business administration apprentice. Having supported Castle with internal HR administration Sophie has gone on to complete CIPD level 3 certificate and support Nicky and our HR clients with contract and policy updates, coordinating HR events, documentation and data management.
With her eye for detail and determination, Sophie plays a key role in the HR team ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
